Stand outside & breath facing south.
Look to the west, what do you notice that pleases your eye and brings a smile of appreciation?
Perhaps a flower or tree within your vision blooming, take a look and find that beauty.
Look to the east again find what pleases your eye and nourishes your soul with a smile.
Now without turning ‘feel’ what’s behind you toward the north, perhaps you can remember the view from behind and bask in that memory or perhaps just bring to mind a person you love so much that this image creates a huge smile upon your face.
Now look up to the sky notice the beauty, the moving clouds, imagine the stars that are presently invisible to the naked eye.
What comes to mind and creates a smile of joy?
Now keeping your focus south directly in-front imagine a stream of light traveling down from your heart to the bottom of your feet entering deep into the earth, feel this connection of love rising up from our earth back into your body knowing you are loved beyond words of expression.
Take a deep breath and return to your day centered and calm.
