To break the synapse neuron pathway is to face what you are avoiding.
Once faced, observed from awareness perspective each time practiced it will loosen it’s grip so to speak. The synapse neuron path way once you replace it with a different action or statement will re-wire, re-route and create new neurons that are healthier.
Avoidance just keeps a stronger grip on the original synapse, yet by facing our fears and taking small tiny daily steps we start to see a different picture form before our eyes.
As Wayne Dryer so perfectly stated “change the way you look at things and the things you look at change”.
Therefore ask yourself “what am I avoiding that doesn’t serve me”?
” What small steps today can I take action upon to see a difference in my outer world”?
Then feel, watch your current life start to transform before your very perceived perspective.
